Using Insurance

I am currently in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Cigna and (coming soon) Medical Mutual. If you have questions about your insurance benefits, please call the phone number on the back of your insurance card.

Out-of-Network & Private Pay

If I am not in-network with your insurance carrier, sessions are $75.

I also offer a pay-what-you-can option because I don’t want cost to keep anyone from getting help. My goal is to make counseling accessible, personal, and practical for every person who’s ready to take a step toward change.

Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)

If you choose to pay privately or don’t use insurance, you’re entitled to a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care. This helps you make informed decisions and avoid unexpected expenses.
